Rotary House terms 1] [1] Your agree to pay your hire fee and or bond in advance at time of key pick up, by direct credit, cheque, cash, credit card. Keys will not be issued without payment 2] [2]You agree to pay/ replace/repair for anything you damage during the period you hire. 3 [3]You agree to your bond being with held if on inspection we find damages or breakages. [4]You agree to the time limits for your hire and also to monitor noise levels to within RDC limits, and to not exceeding 150 people at your event.
